5 Minute Lentil Hummus

A very quick and easy hummus!

Preparation time: 
5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 (19 oz/540 mL) can green lentils, drained and rinsed
  • ½ cup (125 mL) fat-free ranch dressing
  • ½ tsp (2 mL) curry powder
  • 2 garlic cloves

Directions

  1. In a food processor, add lentils, ranch dressing, curry powder and garlic.  Process to desired consistency. Serve with fresh vegetables or crackers.

Yield: 2 1/2 cups (625 mL)
Serving size: 2 Tbsp (30 mL)
